We are proud to be able to share some stunning pictures of a project for Seebyte at their offices at Orchard Brae in Edinburgh.
Working in collaboration with long-term clients, Form Design and surveyor and project manager, Tom Hogg of Objective, the job was completed in 10 weeks, just before lockdown in March and involved the strip out of an existing office area and fit out of a new, expanded 10,000 sq ft area, comprising meeting rooms, breakout and collaboration space, open plan offices and a communications room.
Notable design and technical features include: Optima Shoreditch partitions; Milliken flooring; MF ceilings; and full electrical and data installation, along with substantial HVAC modifications.
