Formed in 1961, RJH is New Zealand’s largest private office building owner. With circa 900 tenancies in Wellington, Auckland, and Glasgow the company’s assets exceed NZ $2 billion.
Our work in recent months includes a CAT A fit-out in 145 St Vincent St, a tenant fit-out in 201 West George St for Miller Developments and we have just been appointed to do another CAT A fit-out over two floors Allan House in Bothwell St. The RJH portfolio also includes The Beacon Building and 177 West George St.
