We have just begun work on a gem of a project – the CAT A refurbishment of almost 15,000 ft2 at Canning Exchange in Edinburgh.
Working again with long-term client HK Surveying and Design, the comprehensive refurbishment will provide contemporary office space, together with new feature entrance, enlarged welcome areas and hospitality led wellness facilities. The new amenities will also include secure bicycle parking, EV charging points, drying facilities, locker and changing areas.
BMES (Scotland) Ltd will oversee the comprehensive MEP installation.
