Thanks to HK Surveying and Design for inviting us to get involved on the comprehensive refurbishment of 6 Waterloo Place, Edinburgh. The Cat A refurbishment includes a contemporary design scheme by HK, which enhances the abundant historic features while accommodating modern and agile work practices. In addition to the Cat A works, we are also involved in the Cat B fit-out for International Workplace Group’s (IWG) Signature Brand, their first offering in Scotland. Works are now on site and we look forward to sharing progress over the coming weeks.
