Working with specialist foodservice building consultants Aggora, we recently finished the complete fit-out of the refectory at Strathallan School in Perthshire. Although not a huge or difficult job, it brought its own logistic challenges as 580 hungry kids still needed to be fed. We worked through the night and over weekends to finish the job in a two-week period to reduce disruption for pupils and staff. The fitout included floors, ceilings, wall linings, lighting and a feature wood Acupanel.
