CBRE - Office Refurbishment

Following earlier successful projects working together, Scotwood Interiors was contracted by CBRE to completely refurbish it’s Edinburgh Head Office in Castle Street.

Part of the project involved the creation of a stunning new reception area cleverly designed to allow a view through the atrium and meeting rooms towards Edinburgh Castle. Break out and tea point areas were also refurbished and additional meeting rooms were added to offer additional flexibility. The offices were fully decorated and new flooring throughout, all designed by Form Design Consultants.

Scotwood managed the project within a live working environment and out of hours working allowed staff to carry on their normal duties.

Big thanks to Scotwood who took on the challenge to undertake this project in a live office. Success was due to their great preparation and superb communication throughout.
