The Garment Factory is a Victorian B Listed building in Glasgow’s Merchant City which has been adapted to provide award-winning modern and stylish office space for the digital age.
The building’s owners Castleforge Partners have introduced a flexible, plug and play option to the building with 12 office suites of various sizes with access to shared meeting rooms, collaboration areas and kitchens.
Working with contract administrators MP, and architects, Morgan McDonnel we were the main contractors on this stylish fit out which combines a defurbished look with exposed services and brickwork and quirky design features such as a wall of colourful bales of material referencing the building’s history. Polished concrete floors throughout and Optima banded glazing, with reeded effect glass manifestations, add to the finish. We also oversaw the installation of a new passenger lift.
