This Cat A plus fit-out of the ground and third floors by Scotwood encompassed all stages of the project including Design, full strip out and fit out including formation of meeting rooms, breakout areas, tea preps and full M & E installation.
We were appointed by Hollis and worked closely with HK Surveying and Design on the design of these functional and stylish spaces, including the installation of a new bike store in the basement. Furniture was sourced with the help of Tsunami Axis and Rype Office.
The ground floor entrance now enjoys a refreshed common lobby with new signage, while the new offices incorporate open plan, flexible workspaces and meeting rooms and contemporary kitchens. Design features include bespoke timber panelling and acoustic ceiling rafts, Ocula double glazed banded screens.
