We have recently completed a refurbishment of the Swann Lecture Theatre located in the Michael Swann Building in Edinburgh University. This prestigious appointment involved renewal of the seating in one of the University’s largest lecture theatres, which seats around 370.
We also refurbished existing timber panelling in the entrance hall and inside the theatre, fitted an advanced lighting system, which amongst other features, allows the lecturer to “zone” areas of the theatre and new carpet tiles throughout.
The seats were imported from Malaysia, and due to the scale of the order, we organised for an insurance bond to be put in place to protect the client.
We also upgraded Level 7 of the Michael Swann Building.
