An entirely new award-winning space, designed by HK Surveying & Design, has been created by Scotwood for Whitespace Digital Agency at its premises in Norloch House in Edinburgh’s West End.
The new, top quality HQ for around 80 employees was developed over a 10-week period contract. Whitespace staff and their clients can feel special the moment they enter the stunning reception area.
A considerable amount of bespoke joinery work gives an original, classy feel to the interiors of the Victorian listed building, created using appropriate quality materials including reclaimed deck scuffleboard. A mix of glazed partitions provide breakout areas and custom meeting rooms, all offset by neutral vinyl flooring and contemporary lighting. The outstanding design and fit-out by the joint partnership of Whitespace, HKSD and Scotwood won recognition in the British Council of Offices regional awards scheme in 2016.
